Ray Murray Inc. acquires assets of Teeco Products

Ray Murray Inc. (RMI), a distributor of propane equipment, compressed gas, heating, hearth and outdoor living products, has acquired the assets of Teeco Products, a distributor of propane equipment. Teeco Products serves the western United States with locations in California, Washington and South Dakota.

By integrating Teeco Products’ western U.S. presence with RMI’s eastern and central U.S. operations, the combined company will offer enhanced geographic coverage and product offerings, positioning RMI as a nationwide distributor in the propane, heating, hearth and outdoor living industries, according to the company.

RMI will continue to operate the Teeco brand and maintain its current locations, ensuring continuity of service and relationships for its customers and vendors. The existing team at Teeco will remain in place, working closely with RMI to align operations, leverage shared resources and offer expanded product lines.
