RegO invests in Danish manufacturer of LP gas control equipment

RegO Products says it made a significant investment in Integrated Gas Technologies (IGT), a Danish manufacturer and marketer of LP gas control equipment, including small cylinder regulators and related accessories. RegO officials said the investment for an undisclosed amount continues the growth of a U.S.-based manufacturer of regulators, valves and other control equipment used in the transportation and storage of liquefied gases and makes the company even more global in scope. IGT founders Tom Lundquist and Peter Jacobsen will continue their respective management roles for IGT. RegO said its investment will allow IGT to aggressively grow the brand’s reach and market share in new and existing markets worldwide.
