REPCo, a Milan-based joint venture between Cavagna Group and Nirmal Industrial Controls, acquired all shares in Oiltech.

Also based in Milan, Oiltech specializes in supporting large companies in the engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and energy sectors, as well as manufacturers of skid-mounted plants.

Founded in 1993, REPCo operates in the energy sector, offering end-to-end solutions from process engineering to supply and plant start-up.

“Welcoming Oiltech into the company is an important step in our journey,” says Davide Cavagna, CEO of Cavagna Group. “Our goal remains to continually expand our range of expertise so that we can support our customers not only in one or a few stages of the supply chain, but throughout all of them. This is certainly a challenging mission, but we are confident that, thanks to our new colleagues at Oiltech, it will be achievable.”

Prakash Desai, director of Nirmal Industrial Controls, says, “This acquisition represents an important step toward strengthening REPCo’s presence in a sector that is now more crucial than ever. It is a highly technical and specialized field, where the professionalism and expertise of our people provide great added value to the solutions we offer – diversifying them and tailoring them to the needs of our partners and customers.”

REPCo provides design, supply and on-site support of preassembled gas, oil and energy systems, together with associated equipment for the international market. REPCo offers in-house facilities that cover the broad process engineering needs of multi-gas industries.

Oiltech provides customized solutions to support EPC contractors, large engineering companies and skid-mounted plant manufacturers in the oil and gas, power and biopharma sectors.
