Rinnai America Corp., a manufacturer of water heating and home comfort solutions, selected Tim Largent as vice president of people and culture. In this role, Largent will lead Rinnai’s talent strategy, employee engagement and workforce initiatives across North America, reporting to Perry McGuire, senior vice president of legal, government affairs and people.

Largent brings more than 15 years of experience leading human resources strategy across complex, multi-site manufacturing organizations. Known for connecting workforce development to business performance, he has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and leading organizational transformation through disciplined execution, according to the company.

“Tim brings exactly the kind of people-centered leadership and manufacturing HR expertise that Rinnai needs as we continue to grow,” says Frank Windsor, president of Rinnai America. “His ability to connect talent strategy directly to business outcomes will be invaluable as we build the organization that supports our next chapter. His values also align with our commitment to creating a healthier way of living for our employees, customers and the communities we serve.”

Largent will work closely with Rinnai’s executive leadership team to enhance employee capabilities and collaboration across North America. His appointment reflects the company’s continued commitment to investing in people and building a stronger culture from within, says the company.

“I’m energized by the opportunity to help build a high-performing culture at Rinnai,” says Largent. “This is a company with a clear sense of purpose, strong leadership and a real commitment to its people. I look forward to working alongside Perry and the entire leadership team to strengthen our organization and deliver long-term business impact.”

Prior to joining Rinnai, Largent worked for the Americas at Solmax as the human resources director, where he led human resources across a multi-site manufacturing workforce. In that role, he partnered with executive leadership to unify organizational design, talent strategy and HR operations with business priorities, including leading global alignment initiatives, supporting post-acquisition integration and advancing HR technology and process standardization.

Earlier in his career, Largent held HR leadership roles with APLA, ThyssenKrupp and Georgia-Pacific. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and a master’s from the University of Georgia.
