July 11, 2022 By

Rural Computer Consultants (RCC) acquired Propane Management Systems (PMS) from DCC Propane.

“We are happy to have found a great partner for PMS. The acquisition by RCC presents an opportunity for the PMS customers to leverage additional resources to advance their businesses,” says Matt Dantinne, CEO and managing director of DCC Propane.

The acquisition of PMS will allow RCC to continue to innovate as a software provider for the propane and fuel industry, according to RCC.

“This acquisition seems like a great fit for both companies,” says Susan Sheehan-Peterson, CEO of RCC. “The acquisition will give the customers of the Propane Management Systems a lot of new technology and services that they can use to improve and grow their own businesses.”

RCC has specialized in support and service for more than 40 years. The company recently celebrated the 10-year anniversary of its Mobile Office on the GO (MOGO) delivery system.
