Designed for LPG applications where inlet conditions aren’t always ideal, Smith Pumps GC-1LZ Pump delivers dependable performance with longer on-times, quieter operation and no need for phase converters.

According to the company, the pumps are ideal for applications requiring high differential pressures such as autogas, locations with minimal power supply, applications requiring both autogas and cylinder filling, reliable operation under marginal inlet line conditions and reduced noise without added system complexity.

Key features include balanced loading as the pump develops differential pressure, a rated capacity of 13 gallons per minute with a 1.5-hp motor, 0.75-in. inlet and outlet, a built-in internal relief valve set to 150 psid, flexible drive coupling completely protected by built-in coupling guard and a cambered and hardened gear set that stays in liquid when vapor phase conditions exist in the pump.
