Suburban Propane acquires PacWest Propane

Suburban Propane acquired PacWest Propane, based in Covington, Washington.

PacWest Propane was established by “Ole” Carson Drageland, Derrick Grice and Frank Dollar and has serviced central Washington since 2013. A full-service propane company, PacWest Propane offers delivery and service of propane tanks, service and installation of gas lines, propane gas refill and delivery, pressure testing and quality checking.

Legacy Energy Consulting facilitated the sale of PacWest Propane. It is Legacy Energy Consulting’s first completed deal in 2023 and its 13th since December 2020.
