UGI Corp. appoints new CFO

UGI Corp., a distributor and marketer of energy products and services, named Ted J. Jastrzebski as CFO, effective before May 21.

Jastrzebski joins UGI having served as executive vice president and CFO of the QVC Group of Companies, which is composed of QVC, HSN, Cornerstone Brands and Zulily since 2013, says UGI. Prior to his work with QVC, Jastrzebski held senior level finance and general management leadership positions at The Hershey Co., CARE, Project HOPE and Proctor & Gamble.

“We are delighted to welcome Ted to UGI where he will be an integral member of our senior leadership team,” says John L. Walsh, CEO of UGI Corp. “Ted is a proven leader with deep expertise in building highly successful teams for complex, international companies like UGI Corp. He has a significant breadth and depth of experience in areas that are vital to our future growth, such as acquisition integration, large-scale change management and alignment of core global activities.”

In other company news, Alan N. Harris was elected as a director. Harris retired in 2015 from Spectra Energy Corp., where he served in various capacities. He currently serves as a director of Enable Midstream Partners LP.
