Worthington Enterprises restructures leadership team

Worthington Enterprises has restructured its commercial leadership team that serves the LPG markets.

Worthington says the initiative, with a more concentrated focus on LPG products, aims to align the company more closely with the specific markets it serves.

The following list includes the leadership team for heating and cooking products:

  • Bobby Weinberg was promoted to general manager of the heating and cooking business. Weinberg is responsible for the overall business in the North American LPG market. He and his team will oversee the segment’s full portfolio of refillable propane tanks and accessories. Weinberg has been with Worthington for 19 years.
  • Mike Verne was named senior director of sales for heating and cooking. His people-first focus has been instrumental in growing both the LPG team and key partnerships within the industry, according to the company. Verne has been with Worthington for 31 years.
  • Micah Snyder will continue his role as product manager for the heating and cooking business. Snyder is responsible for the overall product strategy, as well as identifying new opportunities to grow the business. He has been instrumental in expanding the current portfolio of LPG products. Snyder has been with Worthington for 11 years.
  • Chad Newsome will continue his role as LPG sales manager for the heating and cooking business. In this role, Newsome will lead and continue to develop the team of territory account managers while also managing top national accounts. Newsome has been with Worthington for nine years.
  • Jason Corral was named distribution sales manager for the heating and cooking business. He will continue to manage all key strategic distribution channels and focus on optimizing distribution efforts throughout North America. Corral has been with Worthington for 12 years.
  • Mike Norman will continue his role as senior account manager for the eastern portion of the United States, focusing on customer relationships and product expansion within the LPG market. His territory has expanded to the following states: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Norman has been with Worthington for 34 years.
  • Graham Dolven will continue his role as account manager for the western portion of the United States. He will serve the needs of customers in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Dolven has been with Worthington for six years.
  • Michael Brubaker was promoted to account manager with a focus on the central United States. He will serve customers in the following states: Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Mississippi, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. Brubaker has been with Worthington for two years.
  • Nick Norman was promoted to account manager. He will provide support for customers located in the eastern portion of the United States, including Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Norman has been with Worthington for three years.
  • Alex Young will continue her role as the senior category marketing specialist for the heating and cooking business. She has been instrumental in building the marketing discipline within the business and has supported the successful launch of several new products into the industry. Young has been with Worthington for 10 years.
