January 4, 2018 By

Gray, Gray & Gray, a certified public accounting and advisory firm headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts, elected James DeLeo to serve as leading partner and named Marty Kirshner to manage the Energy Practice Group.

DeLeo succeeds C. Joseph Ciccarello, who served as leading partner since 2008.

“It is a privilege and honor to step into a position that was so well defined by my predecessor, Joe Ciccarello,” DeLeo says. “Joe has led Gray, Gray & Gray’s significant growth over the past 10 years, resulting in a very exciting time for our firm. We are ideally positioned to serve the tax, accounting and business advisory needs of businesses throughout New England and across the country. Helping our clients to succeed is not only what we do but also what we love doing.”

Kirshner will manage the Energy Practice Group, which serves the accounting, tax and business advisory needs of heating oil, propane and petroleum distributors and retailers throughout the northeastern United States.

According to the company, Kirshner has been in the energy industry for almost a decade.

Gray, Gray & Gray works with energy companies to conduct annual oil and propane surveys and FuelTrack benchmarking reports while also offering an oil delivery calculator, margin calculator and its FuelExchange merger and acquisition services.
