Hiltz Propane Systems will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Oct. 21 to celebrate the official opening of its new 75,000-sq.-ft. headquarters in Marietta, Pennsylvania.

The newly constructed facility brings together expanded office, meeting and production areas, positioning the family-owned company for continued growth in the propane systems industry. Hiltz moved into the space in May and began full operations in September.

Founded in 2011 by owner Matt Hiltz, Hiltz Propane Systems began as a small, family-run business serving Pennsylvania and neighboring states. Over the past decade, Matt Hiltz has guided its evolution from a local service provider into a regional leader, known for its expertise in propane system design, installation and maintenance for bulk storage, commercial and industrial applications, according to the company.

“This is a pretty big feat for a small, family-owned business,” says Peyton Moody, vice president of sales and service. “This new facility gives our team the space and resources to work more efficiently and continue delivering the high-quality service our customers expect.”

The company will welcome invited guests for tours, demonstrations and networking opportunities during the ribbon-cutting event. Attendees will have the opportunity to see Hiltz’s propane system capabilities firsthand, including design and installation, engineering, logistics and transportation, and maintenance and repair services.

Among the new facility’s features is a blast booth, which enhances production capacity for preparing and refinishing large propane tanks. The booth represents one of several technology and workflow upgrades introduced as part of the expansion.

Local officials, municipal leaders and a Pennsylvania statehouse representative are expected to attend the ceremony to recognize Hiltz’s continued growth and regional impact.

The opening marks the first phase of a long-term development plan for the company. Future phases include expanding the shop area with a larger paint booth, adding overhead cranes and truck-loading docks and completing a second-floor training center to support workforce and customer development.
