What’s up, and what’s new?

Moosbrugger says he was still finding his footing as a leader when LP Gas recognized him in 2020. At the time, he was director of supply and transportation for Superior Plus Propane in his hometown of Rochester, New York, and just past the halfway mark of an 11-year stint with the retailer.

But a lot has changed in the past six years. For one, Moosbrugger is now working for Hilco Transport, in a new position in which he focuses on data and analytics to improve the transportation provider’s processes.

He says he’s proud of his personal growth, as he sees himself more as a problem solver, decision-maker and a better listener. A lot of that growth and inspiration came from Marc Schoone, his mentor at Superior Plus.
