CHS adds Sam Bild as energy equipment sales director

Sam Bild joined CHS as sales director for its energy equipment team on May 18. In this role, Bild will lead the company’s equipment sales organization and serve as a key partner to customers.

According to the company, Bild brings a combination of commercial leadership, strategic insight and direct execution experience to this role. Over the past four years at CHS, she has led national sales teams within the company’s animal nutrition business, overseeing go-to-market strategy, forecasting, pricing and contract negotiations across a $250 million portfolio.

During her tenure, she consistently delivered strong results – leading teams to meet or exceed targets for three consecutive years while improving service performance and strengthening customer partnerships, says CHS.

She has led initiatives to improve on-time delivery and responsiveness, modernized CRM adoption to unlock better customer insights and refined customer segmentation strategies to better align resources with growth opportunities.

Prior to CHS, Bild held leadership roles at organizations including Salesforce and Cargill, where she built expertise in sales operations, commercial excellence and global account management.
