Rinnai’s RCW Series commercial boilers are delivering sustained, high-efficiency water heating performance at 2,150 condos in Toronto, marking the first installation of the RCW750AN floor-standing model in Canada and establishing a strong field reference for high-rise applications where volume, sustainability and operational efficiency are critical.

The RCW750AN installation serves a 17-story tower comprising 204 residential suites and shared common areas, placing significant demand on its centralized domestic hot water infrastructure.

The RCW750AN is engineered for demanding commercial environments and supports Canadian sustainability priorities. A 316-liter stainless steel heat exchanger enhances durability and long-term reliability, while a 10-to-1 turndown ratio allows the system to match building load, reducing unnecessary energy consumption.
