ADD Systems (Advanced Digital Data Inc.), a provider of software and technology for the energy distribution and convenience store industries, has promoted four senior leaders to vice president.

The promotions are Andy Katsigiannis, vice president of IT operations, infrastructure and support; Chris Kiernan, vice president of implementation and training; Allyson Wright, vice president of human resources; and Regina Balistreri, vice president of marketing, documentation and quality assurance.

The four employees have long tenures with ADD Systems and a combined 89 years of experience, the company says. They join the existing executive team as the company aims to support customer service, product development and operational efficiency.

“These promotions are about strengthening the leadership structure of the company, expanding responsibility across a talented executive team and continuing to develop leaders from within,” says Bruce C. Bott, president of ADD Systems.

The company also says it will establish additional executive steering committees to support cross-functional planning and decision-making. One of the first will be a Product Direction Steering Committee, which will gather input from engineering, operations, implementation, training, sales, marketing, support and quality assurance. ADD Systems says client feedback, including from the ADD User Group, will continue to factor into its product planning.

“As a family-owned business, ADD Systems takes a long-term view of leadership, client relationships and product investment,” says Bott. “We are committed to preserving the culture and values that have defined the company for more than five decades while continuing to evolve, innovate and support the changing needs of our clients.”
