ADD Systems introduces ADD Atlas Intelligence system evolution

ADD Systems (Advanced Digital Data Inc.) has introduced ADD Atlas Intelligence, an evolution of its business intelligence software, Atlas Reporting.

ADD Systems says this solution has enabled users to combine silos of data to create dashboards and deliver automated reports and alerts to gain actionable insights into their entire operation. The introduction of Atlas Intelligence introduces new features and new modules coupled with artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.

New intelligent features:

• A new search bar to quickly jump to the report or alert that users are looking for, and a redesigned menu to easily navigate across favorites, reports and alerts.
• New copy feature for subscriptions and views.
• New exception alerts for user security changes and card processing.

New modules bring more efficiencies and deeper insights:

• User security audit: Provides reporting on application security controls for user identities, permissions and application access privileges. This helps with User/Identity Access Management (IAM/UAM) for audit/compliance reporting.
• Raven analysis module: Provides Raven mobile delivery reporting, including communication and connectivity, actual versus scheduled deliveries, truck register version tracking and more.
• Card analysis: Adds new reporting and exception tools that help users monitor fleet card and house account activity.

These modules are in addition to the existing modules that span multiple operational areas, such as delivery, service, inventory, convenience stores and more. Existing reports have also been enhanced with expanded filtering options, additional reporting columns and expanded drill-down capabilities.

With this update, Atlas can now integrate with Microsoft Power BI and Copilot, the Microsoft AI tool, according to ADD Systems. Atlas users will be familiar with the rich data environment derived from the user-friendly Atlas tools, but they’ll now be able to prompt through Microsoft AI software. The company says this is all done with privacy and security top of mind, with the Atlas data warehouse housed in a Microsoft SQL Server environment and leveraging the power of Copilot in their own Microsoft 365 tenant, keeping data in-house and protected.
