Alliant expands service area with acquisition

Alliant Gas LLC, a subsidiary of Pinnacle Propane and JP Energy Partners, is acquiring SemStream Arizona LLC. SemStream currently offers service to more than 11,000 customers in Arizona through its regulated central distribution systems and non-regulated delivery of propane to commercial and residential customers.

Alliant currently services 27 communities in Texas. The company anticipates keeping all of SemStream’s employees after the transaction.
