Anova earned IoT Analytics Platform of the Year in the seventh annual IoT Breakthrough Awards program.

Anova’s latest innovation uses artificial intelligence and advanced IIoT (industrial Internet-of-Things) capability to forecast the tank level on unmonitored tanks more accurately. More than 1 million Anova IIoT devices monitor fuel and other tanks around the world, reporting tank levels and other variables to distributors.

“Our platform was designed to drive even greater gains in carbon emissions reductions, operational efficiency, business profits, and consumer engagement and loyalty,” says Matt Toone, CEO of Anova. “Our continuous innovation in the application of IIoT is extending the benefits of digitalization in the industry to make life better for others.”

IoT Breakthrough is a market intelligence organization that recognizes the top companies, technologies and products in the global IoT market. This year’s program drew more than 4,000 nominations from companies globally.

“Anova’s deep understanding of the industry and IIoT acumen has enabled it to break through the increasing IoT noise in energy and gas distribution,” says James Johnson, managing director at IoT Breakthrough. “Their innovative combination of IIoT and artificial intelligence-based machine learning disrupts traditional methods in industrial asset management.”

Headquartered in New Providence, New Jersey, Anova’s monitoring solutions are used in more than 80 countries, providing insight on a million industrial assets and support in 12 languages, according to the company. Its 2,000-plus clients range from small, regional businesses to the largest propane, industrial gas and chemical manufacturers and distributors.
