Blossman Gas expands Southeast operations

Blossman Gas expanded its footprint in the Southeast with the acquisitions of Stateline Gas in Ranburne, Alabama, and Youmans Gas & Oil in Hollywood, South Carolina.

Youmans Gas & Oil has been in business in South Carolina for more than 80 years.

“I’m extremely positive about this transition for Youmans with Blossman Gas and expect that our customers will receive the same level of care and service that we have provided them since 1937,” says John Boineau, president of Youmans Gas & Oil.

Stateline Gas has operated in the Georgia and Alabama markets since 1999.

Both businesses were previously family-owned.

Customers of both companies will continue to receive uninterrupted service, says Blossman Gas. Stateline Gas will be rolled into the current Blossman Gas location in Bowdon, Georgia. Youmans Gas & Oil will continue to operate out of its Hollywood, South Carolina, location.
