Cavagna, Bergquist to introduce Snap-Fill adapter at Propane Expo

The Cavagna Group and Bergquist will introduce their Snap-Fill adapter at the National Propane Gas Association’s 2017 Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo.

According to the companies, the Snap-Fill adapter allows users to seamlessly fill forklift cylinders equipped with the European connection valve.

The Snap-Fill adapter maximizes simplicity and safety for customers. It uses the same connection as other Euro-style snap-on fittings to provide an effective connection that prevents wrist injuries, the companies add.

“Customers have appreciated the simplicity of the Snap-Fill nozzle but were encountering an issue with commercial accounts that mix traditional valves and Snap-Fill valves,” says Bruce Montroy, senior vice president of sales for Bergquist. “We teamed up with Cavagna Group to create a solution for our customers based on feedback we were receiving from the field, and together we developed this adapter.”

The Snap-Fill adapter saves about 45 seconds per tank, Montroy adds.
