Cetane Associates hires paralegal associate

Cetane Associates has hired Whitney Parsley as a new associate at the financial advisory firm. Based in Cetane’s Houston office, she will provide paralegal support to the firm’s mergers and acquisitions deal execution team.

Parsley is an experienced corporate paralegal and compliance manager. Before joining Cetane Associates, she worked at the in-house legal departments of Tatitlek Corp. and Quanta Services. She has 18 years of experience and specializes in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Parsley has a paralegal certification from Houston Community College. She enjoys her hobbies of scuba diving, softball, swimming, and especially time with her family of five children and nine grandchildren.
