Crestwood promotes four in supply and logistics group
Crestwood Midstream promoted four team members within its marketing supply and logistics business unit, which is headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri.
John Powell, senior vice president and chief commercial officer, has taken on additional responsibility for all group operations. Powell had been awarded management of all commercial operations for the group in 2017. In his new role, Powell will also manage Crestwood’s NGL processing, fractionation, storage, transportation and marketing services in Bakersfield, California, as well as its rail operation in nearby Tupman, California.
Chris Roth has been named Crestwood’s vice president of East marketing and supply. Roth joined Crestwood’s predecessor, Inergy, in 2004 as a supply regional analyst and has since held various roles, including supply manager, Mid-Atlantic supply and risk manager and most recently director of East marketing and supply. He works with propane marketers across the eastern half of the United States, assisting them with supply and logistics solutions.
Bryon Muchow has been named vice president of midcontinent marketing and supply. Muchow has been with Inergy, now Crestwood, for nearly 15 years. He began his career in midcontinent propane sales and held roles of increasing responsibility before being named to his current position. He and his team work with propane marketers throughout the Midwest to help manage their propane supply and logistics challenges.
Michael Stephens has been named vice president – western propane and national heavies marketing after serving as managing director – marketing. Stephens joined Inergy in 2012 after serving as vice president at Centennial Energy. He now manages Crestwood’s propane marketing efforts west of the Mississippi in addition to butane and natural gasoline marketing in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Centennial, Stephens was with Atlantic Richfield Co. in engineering and marketing roles.
