Crystal Flash acquires Knapp Energy Inc.

Crystal Flash, an independent distributor of gasoline, diesel fuel and propane in Michigan, acquired Knapp Energy Inc., a propane retailer in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

The acquisition is expected to expand Crystal Flash’s presence in southwestern Michigan and add more than 900 new gasoline, diesel fuel, home heating and lubricant customers to its customer base, according to the company.

According to Crystal Flash, this is its 11^th acquisition in the past five years. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

BlueWater Partners acted as the exclusive financial adviser and Lewis Reed & Allen acted as the legal counsel to Knapp for the transaction.
