Crystal Flash makes acquisition, names CEO

Crystal Flash purchased the home heating division from the Brenner Oil Group, marking its eighth acquisition since 2012. According to a press release, the deal adds 10 employees and a new location in Muskegon, Mich., to Crystal Flash’s portfolio. Nearly 2,500 Brenner customers were added through the acquisition.

In addition, Crystal Flash recently named David Scigliano as its CEO. Scigliano joined Crystal Flash in 1989 as vice president, and he most recently served as COO and vice president of supply.
