DCP Midstream announces more management, board changes

DCP Midstream LLC, a Denver-based midstream company that markets wholesale propane, announced several management and board changes last month that took effect on Feb. 28. Tom O’Connor retired as chairman of the board and will continue as chairman of DCP Midstream GP LLC, the general partner of DCP Midstream Partners LP, until an appointed time in 2013. Wouter van Kempen became chairman of DCP Midstream LLC, in addition to his current role as president and CEO, which he assumed on Jan. 1. Van Kempen is also CEO of the general partner. Don Baldridge was named president of the marketing and logistics business unit. Brian Frederick became president of the north and south business units. Greg Smith took over as president of the midcontinent and Permian business units. And Sean O’Brien was named group vice president, in addition to his current role as CFO.
