DiLeo Gas acquires Meacham Propane

DiLeo Gas Inc., an independent propane marketer located in Worcester, Massachusetts, has acquired Meacham Propane of Charlton, Massachusetts. DiLeo Gas says with the acquisition it seeks to further increase its existing customer base throughout New England, while Meacham Cos. will retain the heating and HVAC services portion of the company.
