Eastern Propane & Oil announces new CEO, several promotions

Eastern Propane & Oil, based in Rochester, N.H., welcomed a new CEO and an interim CFO to its company.

The company named Tom Manson as its CEO. Manson has worked with Eastern Propane as its corporate legal counsel for the past 15 years. Chuck Clement III, the company’s owner, president and chairman, says he will work closely with Manson in his new role.

Eastern Propane also hired Barbara Labonte as its interim CFO. The company says Labonte has served as the interim CFO for several other companies.

The company also made the following promotions:

• Chuck Clement IV, former vice president of logistics, was promoted to chief technology officer.
• Josh Anderson was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing.
• Penney Mabey, former corporate customer care manager, was promoted to assistant vice president of customer care.
• Lyndon Rickards, former safety and training manager, was promoted to assistant vice president of safety and training.
