Energy Distribution Partners adds CFO

Energy Distribution Partners (EDP) hired Mark Janek to be the company’s CFO. Janek has more than 25 years of executive and financial experience. Before joining EDP, he served as the senior vice president of finance at Standard Parking/SP Plus Corp. where he helped the company acquire its largest competitor. He also worked as CFO for Matson Logistics Inc., helping grow the company’s revenue.
