Enterprise names directors, restructures office

Enterprise Products Partners LP elected Richard H. Bachmann and W. Randall Fowler to the board of directors for its general partner, Enterprise Products Holdings LLC.

Bachmann will serve as the board’s non-executive vice chairman. He is the president and CEO of Enterprise Products Co. and has been a director of the company since 1999.

Fowler, who joined Enterprise in 1999, will serve as the board’s president. He has been a director of Enterprise Products Holdings since 2011 and its executive vice president and CFO from 2007 until 2015.

The board of directors also restructured the office of the chairman to consist of Bachmann, Fowler, A.J. “Jim” Teague and Randa Duncan Williams.
