Arrow Midstream acquires HD5 Transport’s trucking assets, names founder president

Arrow Midstream LLC, a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) transportation company, announced that it and an affiliate have acquired substantially all of the assets used in HD5 Transport LLC’s trucking operations. The deal closed Aug. 20 and took effect Aug. 15. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Arrow says the acquisition adds fleet capacity, experienced personnel and operating capabilities to its LPG transportation business, serving LPG customers across the lower 48 states.

HD5 founder Cecilia Waggle is joining Arrow’s executive leadership team as president. She will work with Edy Francis, Arrow’s CEO, to lead day-to-day operations and commercial growth for the combined business. Waggle founded HD5 in 2011.

“Arrow is building a safety-first platform around what LPG customers need most: reliability, responsiveness and capacity,” says Francis. “Together, we can offer customers more scale and flexibility without losing personal accountability.”

“HD5 was built on a simple belief: our job is finished when our customer succeeds,” says Waggle. “Arrow shares that mindset. This combination gives customers more capacity and resources while preserving the responsiveness and relationships they value.”
