Ferrellgas hires business development executive

Ferrellgas brought on Jason LeVine to serve as a business development executive in the company’s acquisitions department. He will cover 13 states in the Midwest and South.

A resident of Edgewater, Florida, LeVine joins Ferrellgas after seven years as a regional sales manager for BASE Engineering, a developer of wireless control technology for the oil and gas industry. He brings expertise in terminal and truck automation and experience as a technical trainer to his new role.

LeVine served for nearly three years in the Marine Corps. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree from the University of Central Florida.

According to the LP Gas Top Propane Retailer rankings, Ferrellgas is the second-largest propane retailer in the United States, measured by gallon sales. The company sold more than 672 million gallons of propane in 2019.
