Palmdale Propane acquires Affordable Gas

Palmdale Propane, a subsidiary of Palmdale Oil, a provider of fuels, propane, lubricants and chemicals with delivery solutions across Florida, acquired Affordable Gas, a locally owned and operated propane provider based in Belle Glade, Florida. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Affordable Gas provides propane delivery, cylinder exchange and related services to residential, commercial and agricultural customers in Belle Glade and the surrounding Glades area.

The acquisition brings together two businesses with local roots and a shared focus on customer service, strengthening Palmdale’s presence in the region while providing Affordable Gas with additional resources and operational support to serve its customers, according to Palmdale Oil.

Rolando Calvo, president of Affordable Gas, says Palmdale’s understanding of the relationships his company has built with customers and the Glades community was a deciding factor in the sale.
