Fisher LP-Gas Equipment promotes, hires for new roles

Fisher LP-Gas Equipment, an Emerson company, promoted Fernando Gallegos to the role of director and hired Sam Fung as global product manager.

Gallegos will oversee the global LPG business, lead marketing strategies and business development. He joined the company as a sales and application engineer for LPG equipment. He provided technical support, coordinated multiple technical training courses across North America and presented at industry trade shows. Gallegos played a role in launching product modifications for specialized customer applications. He has also served as product manager for the industrial regulator business and most recently as application engineering manager.

“I grew up in the LPG industry and spent my time building relationships with channel partners and customers that I hold near and dear to my heart,” Gallegos says. “I look forward to bringing my experience with my previous roles to solve customer pain and develop innovative solutions.”

As the new global product manager, Fung will oversee all aspects of the LPG product portfolio. Most recently, he worked as a product manager for Rochester Sensors, overseeing the LPG and telemetry product lines.

“I look forward to being a part of the knowledgeable and passionate team at Emerson to continue building the Fisher LPG Equipment brand,” Fung says. “I’m also excited to be able to stay in an industry filled with great people I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with.”

Warren Booth will continue his role as LPG sales manager.

Fisher LP-Gas Equipment manufactures pressure regulators, relief, ESV shut-off and internal valves for LPG and NH3 markets.
