Former PGANE executive added as PERC councilor

August 1, 2017 By

The National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) appointed Joe Rose, former executive director of the Propane Gas Association of New England (PGANE), to serve as a councilor for the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC).

Rose will replace Doug Rinke as one of PERC’s public members, according to NPGA. The producer seat formerly held by Gregg Dighero is still pending appointment by GPA Midstream.

Rose has served in the propane industry for nearly 35 years, and he currently helps NPGA as a Benchmarking Council facilitator, NPGA says. Rose recently retired from his position as president and CEO of PGANE, which he served for 10 years. He also served as chairman of the Safety & Training Working Group on PERC’s Advisory Committee for the past nine years.
