Frazier & Deeter (FD), an accounting and advisory firm, acquired Gray, Gray & Gray, an accounting and business advisory firm headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts. The transaction establishes FD’s presence in New England and reinforces the firm’s commitment to investing in premier regional markets.
With this acquisition, FD deepens its reach across the Greater Boston area, serving a diverse base of businesses, family enterprises and individual clients.
