Holston Gases acquires propane business of Combustion Services
Holston Gases completed the acquisition of the propane business of Combustion Services, headquartered in McEwen, Tennessee. Holston will service these customers from its new facility located at 1080 Highway 49 in Erin, Tennessee, according to the company.
With the acquisition, Holston Gases will add more than 1,000 propane customers.
“Combustion Services has been servicing the middle Tennessee area for over 13 years and has a great reputation and loyal customers that we are excited to bring into the Holston family,” says Holston Gases President Joe Baxter.
Al Griffeth, owner of Combustion Services, agreed that the consolidation of the two companies’ resources in middle Tennessee will bring added value to Combustion Services’ customers.
Holston Gases is one of the largest independent industrial gas and propane companies in the United States.
