Holtzman Propane acquires Bruce’s Propane

Holtzman Propane of Mt. Jackson, Virginia, acquired the assets of Bruce’s Propane of Levittown, Pennsylvania.

“We are excited to join forces with Bruce’s Propane to serve and grow the eastern Pennsylvania propane market,” says Todd Holtzman, general manager of Holtzman Propane. “We are especially pleased that Bruce Rodgers’ son, Michael, will lead our operation.”

With this acquisition, Holtzman Propane now operates in five Mid-Atlantic states.

“I’ve known the Holtzman Corp. and Todd Holtzman for years,” says Bruce Rodgers, owner of Bruce’s Propane. “I am very happy to see my customers, the company I started and my son’s career be in good hands with Holtzman Propane.”
