Inergy, Crestwood name board members for combined companies

Merging midstream companies Crestwood and Inergy revealed their boards of directors for Inergy’s general partner and Inergy’s midstream general partner.

The directors on the board of Inergy’s general partner include Roger G. Phillips, who will serve as chairman. Phillips was appointed chairman, president and CEO of Crestwood Gas Services’ general partner in October 2010 and of Inergy’s general partner and Inergy Midstream’s general partner in June of this year.

Also on the board of Inergy’s general partner are Alvin Bledsoe, who was on Crestwood’s board since July 2007; Michael France, who was on Crestwood’s board since October 2010; Warren Gfeller, who was on the board of Inergy’s general partner since July 2001 and on the board of Inergy Midstream’s general partner since December 2011; Arthur Krause, who was appointed to the board of Inergy’s general partner in May 2003 and the board of Inergy Midstream’s general partner in December 2011; Randy Moeder, who was appointed to the board of Inergy Midstream’s general partner in March 2012; John Sherman, who was appointed to the board of Inergy’s general partner in July 2001 and the board of Inergy Midstream’s general partner in December 2011; John Somerhalder, who was appointed to the board of Crestwood Gas Services’ general partner in July 2007; and David Wood, who was appointed to the board of Inergy’s general partner in August 2013.

Phillips, Bledsoe, France, Gfeller, Sherman and Wood will also serve on the board of Inergy Midstream’s general partner. Joining them on that board are Phillip Gettig and David Lumpkins. Gettig was appointed to Crestwood’s board of directors in July 2007. Lumpkins, who is executive chairman of the board of PetroLogistics, will be new to the board.
