2025 LP Gas Growth Summit: Take a look inside
This year marked a milestone for the LP Gas Growth Summit, as the event for retail propane company decision-makers and partners celebrated its 10th year. LP Gas launched the Growth Summit in 2015 to gather propane industry leaders amid changes in the energy environment – a slower economy and housing market, energy competition, customer conservation and appliance efficiency gains – that showed signs of impacting retail operations. The vision was for retailers and partners to come together in a relaxed setting for private meetings, education and networking designed to build propane partnerships. That vision became a reality. Here’s what happens at the Growth Summit.
▶ DAY 1
Registration
Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, Florida – outside Orlando – serves as the host for the Growth Summit. On Day 1, LP Gas team members greet propane retailers and partners, who arrive from across the United States and pick up their welcome packets in the resort’s Grande Lobby. The packet contains valuable information for attendees, including their personalized meeting schedules. This year, 20 retail propane companies and 21 partner companies registered for the Growth Summit. Including LP Gas staff, this year’s event drew about 80 total attendees.
Meet the Partners
The Growth Summit kicks off in the afternoon with partner introductions. This is where the partners file into a ballroom – one at a time – and provide a quick-hitting overview of their companies and their offerings to the propane industry. Retailers who are gathered in the ballroom take notes about the partners and see whom they’ll meet with privately in the coming days. You could call this “the first date.”

Group photo
Did you ever want to grace the cover of LP Gas magazine? The Growth Summit is your chance. This year, attendees gathered on the steps behind the Grande Tower, dodging a few raindrops, for the October cover photo. LP Gas digital media specialist Sydney Fischer gets the photo credit on this one.

Welcome Reception
It’s time for attendees to unwind a bit and get to know one another. There’s no better place than the Eleven restaurant, high atop the Reunion Resort Grande Tower. From this vantage point, the view of the greater Orlando area is stunning. Attendees can mingle over cocktails inside or out while enjoying a dinner buffet, which drew rave reviews this year.
