iRely acquires cardlock solutions provider

iRely LLC, a provider of enterprise software solutions for commodities, acquired AutoFueling Systems, a division of Mekos Corp., and several of Mekos’ assets.

According to iRely, AutoFueling Systems offers cardlock software solutions to automated-fueling customers across the country. iRely adds that the acquisition will expand product offerings from both companies to their respective markets.
