January 2018: LP Gas PhotoDrop

Check out a photo slideshow of some recent LP gas-related events, including when the Propane Education & Research Council donated $5,000 to the Parks Foundation of Miami-Dade County.

1. Joe and Rosie Buschur of McMahan’s Bottle Gas, second and third from left, with their son Brian Buschur, left, welcome Randy and Denise Doyle of Blossman Gas to a Cincinnati Bengals tailgate party. The Doyles, in town from Mississippi, were rooting for the Cleveland Browns.

2. The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) donated $5,000 to the Parks Foundation of Miami-Dade County. The donation was given as part of the Green Leadership City Award, which PERC bestowed upon the Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department for its use of propane mowers. At right is PERC’s Jeremy Wishart.

3. Brian McCarthy, left, president and CEO of Energi, presents Thomas Proulx, vice president and CFO of Proulx Oil & Propane, with the 2017 Excellence in Risk Management Award. The award was given to Proulx Oil & Propane for its commitment to safety, implementation of risk management best practices and its willingness to learn and apply new safety techniques.

4. Firefighters from the Albemarle Fire Rescue Department (Virginia) participate in LP gas fire safety training. Foster Fuels along with Dennis Cruise from the Virginia Propane Gas Association helped firefighters in training learn about LP gas.

5. Paraco Gas acquired Bay Gas, a family-owned company based in Shirley, New York.
