New Hampshire retailer joins Eastern Propane & Oil

Eastern Propane & Oil acquired Jesse E. Lyman Heating Oil and Propane, a fuel oil dealer located in North Conway, New Hampshire.

By combining efforts, Eastern Propane & Oil and Jesse E. Lyman Heating Oil and Propane will serve both residential and commercial customers from central New Hampshire through the Mount Washington Valley, the company explains.

“In reaching this decision, we put much thought and deliberation into what would be best for our customers and our company,” M. Lynn Lyman and Peter Donohoe, owners of Jesse E. Lyman, say. “We felt that we needed to identify a company that cares as deeply as we do about their customers, employees and communities. We are pleased to say we believe Eastern [Propane & Oil] is that company.”

Jesse E. Lyman Heating Oil and Propane will be part of Eastern Propane & Oil, but for the immediate future will operate under its original company name. Day to day operations will continue to be run by Lynn Lyman and Peter Donohoe.
