Nexio adds vice president of after-sales and service customer success
Nexio, a manufacturer of trucks and engines for the commercial market, hired Joe Serbin as vice president of after-sales and service customer success.
Serbin began his career in customer service over 40 years ago as a master technician for automotive brands such as Honda, Audi and Porsche.
Over the last decade, Serbin worked in service operations at Uber Advanced Technologies Group and Argo AI. He oversaw teams situated across 18 service centers in 13 major cities throughout the United States and Germany.
According to the company, Serbin’s teams were essential in supporting Uber and Argo in developing its self-driving car technology and exploring new business ideas. Utilizing prototype vehicles, the companies were able to continue hardware and software development for autonomous driving, in addition to business development partnerships for ride-share and last-mile delivery.
