NGL Energy Partners acquires Pacer Propane

NGL Energy Partners LP acquired Pacer Propane for about $30.5 million in cash plus net working capital and 1.5 million NGL common units, NGL announced. Pacer Propane was founded in 1991 by Frank Mapel and other partners, and has grown to include retail propane operations in Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Illinois and Mississippi. NGL expects to add about 17 million gallons of annual volume.
