Oil engineered for propane autogas fleets

Champion Oil offers a new 15w-40 multi-grade viscosity engine oil for fleets fueled by propane autogas. The synthetic oil has reduced ash content and is engineered for longevity and durability, according to the company. Champion says other features of the oil include: valve recession protection, low oil consumption, piston deposit control, TBN retention, shear stability, enhanced valve train wear protection, cold start protection, pre-ignition control and reduction, advanced oxidation control, long life and low exhaust emissions. The oil, also used in compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas engines, is available in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums and 330-gallon totes.
