Palmer Gas & Oil acquires Lamprey Energy

Palmer Gas & Oil, a propane and heating oil provider throughout southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, acquired the assets of Lamprey Energy.

Lamprey Energy, a North Hampton, New Hampshire-based company, is a full-service energy business offering delivery of heating fuels and home comfort services in southeast New Hampshire and southeast Maine.

Palmer Gas & Oil plans to continue operating from Lamprey Energy’s existing location using its employees, according to Cetane Associates, which served as financial adviser to the buyer.
