Paraco Gas acquires Massachusetts-based Martin’s Oil & Gas

Paraco Gas acquired the propane portion of Uxbridge, Massachusetts-based Martin’s Oil & Gas Inc.

“Paraco [Gas] had been serving Martin’s Oil & Gas Inc. with propane products for many years,” says David Martin, president at Martin’s Oil & Gas Inc. “They already know our customers’ needs and our supply demands very well, so this will be an easy and seamless transition.”

Martin founded Martin’s Oil & Gas in 1985 and grew it to serve 500 propane customers.

Martin’s Oil & Gas will continue to operate its oil business independently as Martin’s Oil.
