Paraco Gas acquires Vitale Bottled Gas

Paraco Gas Corp. acquired Vitale Bottled Gas in Bohemia, N.Y., assuming service and distribution of more than 2 million gallons of propane to 6,500 residential and commercial customers throughout Long Island. In addition to Paraco’s existing Long Island branch locations in Bay Shore and Riverhead, it will now operate the Vitale office in Bohemia. Paraco said it will retain many of the employees from Vitale Bottled Gas.
