Fabrizio, the production manager for Paraco Gas, is the second recipient of the award.

According to the company, the award is designed to honor employees who demonstrate the characteristics Pat Armentano lived throughout his own life: treating others with respect; safety before profits; a strong work ethic with focus on self-improvement; and giving back to the communities in which we live and serve.

Fabrizio started as a part-time yard employee for Paraco Gas in October 2012, and advanced to a full-time yard position during the 2012-13 winter. The company describes him as a hard-working, bright and loyal employee.

After entering Paraco Gas’ apprenticeship program as a service technician apprentice in the fall of 2013, Fabrizio became a certified service technician for the Connecticut region.

The company adds he was instrumental in the launch and operation of the Waterbury, Connecticut, cylinder refurbishing facility. Fabrizio now serves as production manager, overseeing 38 employees and a facility that produces over 1.3 million units annually.
