Polar Service Centers acquires JARCO Inc.

Polar Service Centers (PSC) acquired JARCO Inc., a company involved in the design, customization, manufacturing and servicing of truck-mounted tanks for the propane delivery industry. JARCO is a principal supplier to many of the largest, well-known propane fuel marketers in North America and specializes in providing chassis-specific design services and products to the market. PSC is the tank and dry bulk trailer industry’s largest network of parts, service and equipment centers, providing a full range of maintenance, DOT certifications, parts distribution and new and used equipment sales. PSC, based in St. Cloud, Minn., operates a network of more than 28 locations. PSC acquired JARCO’s operations and facility, which will continue to operate at its existing location in Salem, Ill. JARCO’s employees and management have joined the PSC team.
